Dr Jane Gray OBE is a semi-retired registered nurse who joined the NHS family in 1976. With over 20years experience of working with homeless & vulnerable people, she was co-founder of the social enterprise “Inclusion Healthcare” based in Leicester City. Jane has been a Trustee at Falcon Support Services since January 2016 and is currently the acting Chair of the Board.
A GP for over 20 years, specialising in Substance Misuse management, Mental Health and a longstanding interest in homelessness. Previous Board Member of the West Leicestershire Clinical Commissioning Group.
Graham is qualified as a Company Secretary, with an MBA in Business. Graham was previously a manager in the energy sector, and recently completed a successful 3 year consultancy with a newly merged Blue Chip Energy Company, helping to migrate its 6 million customers onto a new platform, optimizing the business, and delivering large cost savings and efficiencies. Graham has been a Falcon Trustee since 2019 and is the Honorary Treasurer.
Alicia has been a Falcon Trustee since 2019 and is currently the Acting Deputy Chair of the Board. She has a background in humanities and social sciences and has an MBA from Loughborough University. She currently works within a research project at the university which involves capacity building in developing countries, this project involves multi stakeholder management and contributions to global Sustainable Development Goals.
Jason is a Senior Local Authority Officer, most recently as Assistant Director Housing in a tri–Council Corporate Management arrangement. Jason also holds a director position in a Local Authority investment company. Jason is qualified in Law with recent CPD including CMI Level 7 Strategic decision making and problem-solving programme, and has been a Falcon Trustee since 2021.
Simon set up his own consultancy firm Max Consultancy and is an experienced marketing professional with over 24 years experience, in SME and blue chip companies. His strengths lie in Strategic Planning, Comms. Customer Relationship Management, and Multi-Channel Marketing Campaign Management. He has an Executive MBA, is fully qualified through the Chartered Institute of Marketing and also qualified in Level 7 through the Chartered Management Institute. Simon has been a Falcon Trustee since 2023.
