Robert Sharp - Chair of Trustee Board

Former Senior Manager and Management Consultant in the Utility Sector with extensive leadership experience. Previous Borough and County Councillor and School Governors.

Dr Jane Gray OBE

Over 40 years’ nursing experience in delivering NHS related healthcare to the vulnerable advocating for the homeless population. A co-founder of the social enterprise Inclusion Healthcare.

Dr Peter Cannon

A GP for over 20 years, specialising in Substance Misuse management, Mental Health and a longstanding interest in homelessness. Previous Board Member of the West Leicestershire Clinical Commissioning Group.

Andy Cereseto

Enjoyed a career in capital goods direct sales and management, and later, in marketing and systems implementation with multinationals. Previous Trustee with Futures Unlocked, volunteer with the Youth Offending Service and Probation, receiving a Commendation from the Butler Trust.

Peter Dadswell

A qualified Petroleum Geologist with a varied career within the international Oil & Gas industry, holding diverse experience including business development, operations management, governance, risk and compliance. Previous business consultant for European funding initiatives and current Technical Sales manager for a thermal management company.

Graham Hunt

Qualified as a Company Secretary, with an MBA in Business. Former Manager and Senior Business Analyst in the Energy Sector. Currently working as a Consultant to a Blue Chip Company advising on business optimization, and identifying cost savings opportunities following a recent merger.

Alicia Butterfield

Regional Manager for Loughborough University with experience in marketing, operations and project management. Completed the Loughborough MBA.

Jason King

Working at a Local Authority as Assistant Director for Housing overseeing Homelessness, Allocations, Private Sector Housing, Housing Management, Property Services and the Housing Repairs Team. Qualified in Law and achieved CMI Level 7 Strategic decision making and problem-solving programme.

Daljit Ghai

Daljit brings his extensive experience of facilitating strategic business growth in the corporate environment. He has managed operations across sites throughout Europe and Asia. Daljit also supports SME businesses as a consultant, aiming to increase efficiency and maximise profits while maintaining integrity and transparency.
