Marie holds over 20 years of experience in the homeless charity sector with a Degree in Psychology and a vision to improve the lives of those in need.

Rachel Hall

Deputy CEO

Rachel has over 20 years experience of working within the voluntary sector in housing, homelessness and supporting vulnerable people. Specialising in operational management, strategic thinking, grant writing, and communications.

Sarah Whannell

Director of Operations

Having worked in the charity industry for over 10 years, Sarah has held multiple roles across all of our services. She is currently responsible for developing the newest area of support our community offering all to help eradicate homelessness as an issue. She is a fountain of knowledge within our service and the third sector.

Jane Fele

Finance Manager

A methodical finance manager with 19 years of experience growing revenue streams through strategic plans. Skills are reporting monthly management accounts and financial reports to the Finance Sub-Committee which is then presented to the Trustees every eight weeks. Jane provides monthly financial reports to the external Auditor and provide monthly budget accounts to the project managers. Also, presents the outturn figures for the yearly budget which contributes to the final budget for the next year. Jane manages a small finance staff team that work hard to deliver a high quality of service.

Sue Fitzgerald

HR and Payroll Manager

Sue has over 17 years' experience with Falcon Support Services, specialising in HR, payroll, recruitment, and organisational compliance. She leads the HR and payroll functions, ensuring staff are supported throughout their employment while promoting best practice, compliance, and employee wellbeing across the charity.
