This is a new position for a new contract and service for Hinckley and Bosworth Council, to meet the needs of those experiencing homelessness.
You will lead in the development of a 15-20 bed hostel.
To provide high-quality accommodation, housing management and support to homeless people empowering our clients to make positive changes and informed choices in moving towards independent living.
Providing support to the organisation's residents, alongside their Support Worker, this role will empower the service users to make positive changes and informed choices.

You will provide overnight waking cover to Falcon Support Services which includes supporting adults with complex needs who may be experiencing a range of problems such as:
Substance Misuse
Mental Health
Fleeing domestic violence
Ex offending
You will be working in a hostel environment cleaning and maintaining the communal spaces and rooms as and when required.
