Festive Falcon Now Live - How your donation can open a door for people like Charlotte this advent.

At 16 and through no fault of her own Charlotte became homeless, feeling lost, scared, and unsure where to go she was signposted to Falcon.

Falcon was able to provide her with a stable home and the tailored support that she needed. This stability helped her to complete her A levels, whilst also gaining valuable experiences as a volunteer receptionist.

Charlotte has since gone on to gain a 1st Class Degree in Business and Economics, and has a loving and stable family life with 2 children, a son 13 and daughter 9.

Charlotte is now the Workforce Health and Wellbeing Lead at the Leicestershire Partnership NHS trust and works with the Integrated Care Board and NHS England.

It is through this work that she feels she is able to put back into a system that has helped her.

Charlotte also runs a successful business with a private practice as a hypnotherapist and yoga studio.
