Tenancy Support Services

Our Tenancy Support service is run in partnership with Nottingham Community Housing Association as part of the Housing Matters consortium.

Support is given in a person-centred way, through individual and outreach support for those in a tenancy who are struggling to maintain their accommodation, at risk of becoming homeless or previously homeless.

We deliver support services to tenants in their own homes by offering one-to-one support and guidance including:

  • Setting up and maintaining a tenancy
  • Developing domestic or life skills
  • Advice on issues affecting your tenancy
  • Benefit claims and managing your own finances
  • Accessing health care and specialist services
  • Advice on how to deal with official letters
  • Support in completing essential forms
  • Coaching you in making phone calls
  • Support with accessing healthcare and reducing health inequalities
  • Accessing education, employment, volunteering
  • Advice on repairs and home maintenance
  • Reducing substance misuse issues
  • Improving mental health
  • Support engaging with local community resources
  • Signposting and advocacy
