Volunteer Falcon Centre Drop In

Falcon Support Services offers a drop in at it’s centre in Pinfold Gate Loughborough. Whereby people who are homeless or vulnerable can come along for food and beverages and in some cases support.

We are looking for volunteers to help in the drop in servery and kitchen area.

Volunteer Role:

To help in the servery passing food through to our service users.

To help keep the servery and drop in areas clean and tidy.

To be that smiling face when our service users attend.

We are open from 9am until 5pm and require help at breakfast and lunch times. We are looking to cover as many hours as possible. However, we understand that you may only be able to do a few hours. Whatever you can do will help us immensely. This can be discussed with our Volunteer Coordinator.

Person Specification:

Must present a professional appearance and a friendly manner.

Must be dependable and punctual.

Be courteous and personable when dealing with the staff, and the general public.

Be self-directed, willing to take initiative.

Respect and maintain the confidentiality of Falcon Support Services volunteers, partners.

Willing to take a DBS Check.

Training provided.
